A long time ago, there's been a debate that ran in the family as to the correct pronunciation of the name of this restaurant. Even waiters and waitresses
would have different ways of saying it, so it gets me more confused. But forget about that.
Last Sunday, before heading to Cartimar, we stopped by Cash and Carry Mall in Makati. We walked around a bit to check out something to eat for lunch.
It was noon time, but fortunately there were still a lot of available seats. We were guided to take the stairs and settled at the second level. As soon as we're seated, we were handed menus so we can take a pick of what we wanted. Here's what we had :

I love soups. I think I already mentioned that before.
This soup's made up of chicken broth with egg whites, loooots of
chicharon and quail eggs. It's thick when served hot, and goes watery as
it gets cold. So, that's the tip, take advantage of this soup while
steamy hot.
Chicken had an aromatic scent and was savory, thus, making it a living
testament to the restaurant's name. Pancit Canton was delicious, too.
And I mean
delicious because of its, uhm, toppings? The idea of Salt and Pepper Squid sounded
unique to me. It tastes great when dipped to vinegar, too!
Overall, the experience was superb. In terms of price, I'd say reasonable for less than Php 600. I'm so willing to go back!
