Before anything else, let me just say belated happy mother's day to all moms out there. :) I hope everyone had their fair share of joy on their special day. Last Sunday, my family went out for dinner at Max's Pacita for a simple celebration. We had to wait a few minutes to get in since the place was filled with many customers that night. The crew were all very busy, but made sure they accommodate every guest's requests. They were extra courteous, too. (extra tip, huh) Our primary server was Walter. I ordered mushroom soup and fresh lumpia for myself, while there was pansit canton, spring chicken and crispy pata for sharing. And so the food tasting began... Yayyy. We were to
