One of the few things I truly enjoy cheap is food. Correct me if I'm wrong but "cheap" doesn't always equate to bland-tasting or unsatisfying.
There are a few chocolate cakes I personally enjoy and the one from Mer-Nel's is definitely one of them. I couldn't resist the icing and the moistness of the bread. So difficult to compare with the commercialized cakes we know of.
And how can we not love it when it looks this pretty? (please refer to above pic)
As for the price, you'll never go wrong with it because it costs less than Php 200 (smallest size). Such a steal! If you're at the South, take time to find the stores located at Los Baños City and SM Calamba.
