Zong

For Papa's birthday last week, Kuya thought of bringing the family to a resto somewhere in Alabang for dinner. Too bad, that day's traffic situation northbound was so bad we decided to just hit on the south.

Hot Prawn Salad
It was all of us' first time so we picked most of which we are familiar with: Yang Chow rice -- big serving, good for about 3-4 people; Broccoli Flower with Prawn -- halfly-cooked and "prawns" are prawns.  :) ; Hot Prawn Salad = love. Mom and I enjoyed it big time!; Wonton Soup; Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce; Roast Combination Platter, which consisted of assorted roasted meats of suckling pig, duck, chicken and pork served with jellyfish and century egg. Jellyfish tasted weird to me, though.

The foods were overwhelming. Too much for a small group of 4. I'd have to say everything was delicious, but let me also say that they're just a step more special than the other Chinese restos I've been to.

The place wasn't too big, may accommodate about 50 guests. Only 2 waiters and a waitress was there that night, so when the night started becoming busy, our supposed to be, refillable iced teas weren't refilled and our water requests weren't delivered as quickly as expected. We tried to understand the apologetic crew as we were so loaded with food. Great deal for not more than P3,000 :)

Will consider going back here! :P
